Purchases can be delivered throughout Australia, and worldwide but in order to maintain the highest possible standards we use a number of delivery methods according to the order placed. The following details our freight policy.

For Darwin deliveries you may collect your purchase 'freight free' from our Darwin Gallery.

Framed:

Framed photos are freighted Australia wide via COPE Sensitive Freight. They can not be delivered to post office boxes, but must be delivered and signed for at a street address during normal business hours. Freight prices include full safety packaging, door to door delivery, and full transit insurance. Delivery times vary according to destination, but generally take between and 7 and 10 working days. To allow online purchases with national delivery destinations to be completed without a quote system, we have standard freight prices. The prices listed below are for one frame per purchase. If you have selected multiple items in a purchase your request will be forwarded to our admin department for an accurate quote.

Unframed:
Unframed photos and commercial products can be posted Nationally via Australia Post. When making a purchase of an unframed photo, your delivery details will be automatically forwarded to the Australia Post calculator. A postage and handling price will be returned according to the details you have selected and/or entered. The final postage prices include packaging in a sturdy tube, registration and full insurance. Delivery times vary according to destination, but generally take between 7 and 10 working days for standard post and 2 to 3 working days for express post.

Framed:
Whilst it is possible to freight framed photos to international destinations we do not recommend it. The risk of damage and the very high freight cost plus import costs make it uneconomical, therefore we recommend posting unframed photos and having the framing completed at the destination. However, if international freight is required, your purchase details will be forwarded to our administration department and a quote sent to you detailing the freight costs. Import duties will not be included in this and remain the responsibility of the receiver.
