Everyone has seen leaves laying on the ground that have started to rot away leaving the veins and stems left. The detail is always really cool to look at. Imagine how excited I was to see that exact thing but from 1000 feet in the air. Tidal creeks are always a life of their own, constantly changing and often they take on a similar look and feel as many others. Not this time – this one had its own life, identity and character. As usual Gunn Point has the height problem where I cannot go above 1000 feet because of the Darwin airport flight path but that is the challenge of doing aerial work in that area.
